Meja Belajar Lipat Multifungsi Untuk anak 6 s/d 12 tahun dengan bahan Pipa PVC bekas pada perancangan ini merupakan sebuah invoasi terhadap meja belajar lipat itu sendiri ialah dengan menggunakan material Pipa PVC bekas yang hampir 80 % menggunakan material PVC bekas dan meja belajar lipat tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai papan tulis portable

PENDAHULUAN

INTEPRETASI JUDUL
Bermacam macam teknik pengolahan maka penulis memilih produk Meja Belajar Lipat Multifungsi anak anak umur umur 6 s/d 12 tahun , Meja belajar tersebut mempunyai fungsi dan flexsibelitas terhadap ketinggian dan proses saat melipat meja belajar tersebut. Penempatan flexsibelitas itu terdapat di kaki-kakinya yang bisa diatur ketinggian dan maju atau mundurnya meja tersebut.
MASALAH DESAIN
Ada beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi penulis perlu diperhatikan saat merancang produk Meja Lipat Multifungsi ini, karena perlu adanya kebutuhan kebutuhan lainya yang mempermudah kosumen saat melakukan aktifitas belajar Daring dan mengerjakan Pekerjaan Rumah ( PR) . Lalu terkait desain yang diinginkan penulis perlu mencari cara memproduksi Limbah pipa PVC bekas menjadi bahan baku setelah itu dilakukan proses desain menjadi produk Meja Lipat Multifungsi. Maka dari itu penulis merancang Meja Lipat Multifunsi ini sesederhana mungkin supaya konsumen bisa mempermudah peletakan peralatan kamar ATK dalam satu tempat
TUJUAN DESAIN
1. Terciptanya Meja Lipat Multifungsi dengan menggunakan bahan PVC Bekas. 2. Terciptanya Meja Lipat Multifungsi PVC dengan menggunakan sistem Ferrule ( Joran ) pada bagian kaki meja lipat 3. Terciptanya Meja Lipat Multifungsi PVC dengan fungsi white board
MANFAAT DESAIN
Manfaat yang diharapkan setalah perncangan produk ini adalah : 1. Meciptakan Meja Lipat yang ergonomis yang memberikan kenyamanan 2. Menciptakan Meja lipat yang mempunyai dua fungsi sebagai papan tulis ( White Board ) 3. Menciptakan Meja lipat yang mempunyai fleskibilitas pada kaki kaki meja lipat 4. Menciptakan Meja Lipat yang bahan baku nya dari Limbah PVC bekas

    1. perihal sterilisasi limbah PVC saya melakukan 3 tahapan yaitu, penyiraman limbah pvc, lalu di amplas sampai kotorann atau kerak pipa pvc itu hilang, setelah itu dicuci kembali dengan sabun pembersih dan melakukan proses pengeringan
    2.perihal pertimbangan pemilihan saya sudah melakukan survei ke 15 tempat dan ada beberapa pengupul mempunyai berbagai jenis PVC dari lembar diameternya maupun ketebalan , jadi saya mampu mengeksplor bagaimana ketebalan meja lipat saya dan mengukur kekuatan/bobot nya

    berdasarkan hasil riset saya terhadap meja dan quisioner terhadap anak sekolah ( 3 sd s/d 6 sd )perihal meja belajar lipat saya menetapkan produk saya untuk semua proses pembelajaran daring maupun tidak daring. jadi saya tidak mempermasalahkan waktu proses pembelajaran.

    1. Data dan analisis perihal target pengguna, saya melakukan riset terhadap 2 sekolah ( kelas 3 sd s/d 6 sd ) dengan menggunakan metode quisioner. dan hasil dari quisioner tersebut terdapat keinginan dari Anak sekolah tersebut setuju perihal dengan ukuran dari meja tersebut, dikerenakan ukuran meja tersebut hapir sama dengan meja yang lain. dengan kata lain saya masih mengikuti ukuran meja yang sudah ada.
    2. perihal aspek keamanan dari meja tersebut hampir sama dengan meja lipat saat proses melipat atau menjinjing ( membawa ) meja tersebut , akan tetapi saya bagian pada sisi-sisi yang terlihat tajam atau runcing akibat lekukan dari meja tersebut dengan memberikan pelindung sisi ( karet ) meja lipat, agar mempunyai keamanan. dan saat proses perubahan fungsi dari meja lipat menjadi papan tulis itu pun sangat lah mudah dikarenakan hanya mengangkat alas meja keatas dan mengselotkan engsel / slot pada bagian sisinya ( lubang ).
    3. untuk point ketiga terima kasih atas masukannya, akan saya buat mekanisme gerak dan part part penting dengan membuat gambar detail yang bergerak. dan mencantukan kepada laporan saya.

    Dalam judul: Meja Belajar Lipat Multifungsi Untuk Anak-Anak Umur 6 s/d 12 Tahun Dengan Bahan Pipa PVC Bekas
    Mohon bisa menjelaskan beberapa hal berikut:
    1. Data dan Analisis hanya ada ada 10-13 tahun tidak sesuai dengan target di judul. Berikan penjelasan Data dan Analisis tentang target yang sesuai yang akan berefek dengan ukuran.
    2. Bahas aspek keamanan mengingat desain diperuntukkan untuk anak-anak dan memiliki sistem mekanik yang kompleks.
    3. Bahas Data dan Analisis tentang detail – buatkan gambar detail mekanisme gerak dengan skala yang komunikatif dalam laporan.
