Dengan memenuhi Tugas Akhir jurusan Desain Produk. Pada kesempatan kali ini karya yang telah dibuat merupakan produk fashion yaitu batik. Yang menarik dari kain batik ini adalah penerapan motif baru yang terinspirasi dari Jajanan Kekinian Khas Bandung seperti Lumpia Basah, Seblak dan juga Batagor Bandung. Penerapan batik dipadukan dengan jenis batik hokokai dengan tema kimono khas jepang yang penerapannya sebagai outer. Walaupun pakaian telah jadi dan motif juga sudah di terapkan namun pembuatan batik ini masih memiliki banyak kekurangan dari proses canting, pewarnan hingga produk jadi.

PENDAHULUAN - INTEPRETASI JUDUL Kata “pakaian casual dengan ide konsep jajanan kekinian khas bandung” yang penulis maksud adalah saat ini anak muda selalu mengikuti trend kekinian. Salah satu yang kekinian yaitu pada segi kuliner. Khususnya di bandung banyak jajanan baru yang bermunculan akhir akhir ini. Untuk itu jajanan kekinian dari Bandung dikolaborasikan menjadi batik untuk pakaian casual.

PENDAHULUAN - MASALAH DESAIN (650 karakter) 1. Bagaimana mentransformsikan jajanan kekinian khas Bandung menjadi sebuah motif batik? 2. Bagaimana menerapkan motif batik jajanan kekinian khas Bandung pada pakaian casual wanita?

PENDAHULUAN - MANFAAT DESAIN (650 karakter) Dalam hal ini busana yang nantinya terwujud dapat bermanfaat sebagai salah satu ciri khas dari jajanan kekinian di kota Bandung lewat ragam hias kain batik. Terciptanya corak baru kain batik membuat anak muda lebih nyaman memakainya karena terlihat lebih kekinian dengan gaya busana yang casual.

Untuk perpaduan “pakaian casual” dengan outer batik ini juga akan lebih saya perhatikan lagi terutama pada kaos yang bertabrakan dengan motifnya.

    Idenya menarik jajanan khas bandung dijadikan motif batik. komposisinya sdh menarik, tapi visual jajanannya kurang terlihat ketika pada batiknya. Ada hal lain yang harus diperhatikan juga; “pakaian casual” yang diproduksi hanya atasan saja bukan? dijadikan gaya casual krn dipadu padankan dengan dalaman kaos dan celana denim. Kalau mau dibuat semua dari atas sampai bawah dengan gaya casual. Untuk padu padan di foto yang ditampilkan, tolong perhatikan juga salur kaos bertabrakan dengan motif batiknya.

    Terima kasih untuk pertanyaannya. Karakter motif yang di hasilkan dari Jajanan Kekinian Khas Bandung yaitu seperti pada motif Batagor yang mana dalam satu kesatuan sebuah motif ini berisi karakter siomay mekar yang dibuat seperti bunga yang mekar, karakter dari tahu baso, jeruk nipis, bumbu kacang dan kecap. Lalu untuk motif Lumpia basah sendiri mengambil karakter dari daun pisang, kulit lumpia, telur orak-arik, tauge, sumpit, dan potongan bengkuang. Berdasarkan bahan bahan yang terkandung dalam Jajanan Kekinian Khas Bandung tersebut di transformasi menjadi satu kesatuan motif dengan adanya isen isen didalamnya.

    Terima kasih atas pertanyaannya. Pada penyusunan motif dari Jajanan Kekinian Khas Bandung ini disusun mengikuti gaya batik jenis Hokokai. Konsep batik Hokokai menampilkan motif yang dipadukan dengan ciri khas simbol kawung dan parang. Seperti yang nampak pada gambar, motif parang yang tersusun miring menjadi latar dari pakaian motif batagor. Kemudian juga motif daun kawung yag tersusun secara horizontal dan vertikal menjadi latar dari motif lumpia basah. Namun memang dari hasil yang telah dibuat masih kurang dari ekspektasi dikarenakan proses pembatikan yang sedikit sulit sehinga motif yang tertampilkan kurang terlihat. Kira kira seperti itu jawaban dari saya.

    Selamat siang,
    Ada hal yang harus dipahami saat membuat penggayaan visual dengan memanfaatkan sebuah obyek (dalam hal ini makanan) yaitu:
    1. Hasil penggayaan visual harus memiliki ke khasan ean kemiripan antara satu desain dengan desain lainnya…sehingga yang terpenting adalah bukan hasilnya tapi codec (rumusan penggayaan visual yang ditemukan dari desain).
    2. Harus berhasil memanage daya tarik antara obyek visual asli dan visual gambar agar masih tetap teridentifikasi visualnya. Pada desain kamu tidak teridentifikasi lagi bentuk asli, harusnya ada analisis bagian iconik dari bentuk obyek asli lalu di temukan bagian yang harus di kolaborasi dan di elaborasi.
    3. Jelaskan meode penyusunan pattern mengingat yang dibuat adalah motif, bukan gambar.
